Isinga Private Estate is a gated, eco-sensitive, townhouse estate nestled in the serene low-density suburbs on the eastern side of Bulawayo.

In the valley below the sloping hill hosting the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), the Little Umguza River acts as a natural border between the estate and the university. The seasonal stream is a superficial prelude to the aquifer which provides prolific underground water to the estate. In a dry city like Bulawayo, it’s akin to stumbling upon an oasis in a desert.

Isinga’s main gate accesses the busy highway leading to South Africa, but the estate’s panhandle shape opens up into a tranquil, vast residential space naturally separating a peaceful lifestyle from the madness outside. With the entrance just 6km from Bulawayo’s CBD, and yet with the houses out of earshot from the noise, Isinga offers the best of both worlds.

How It Works

Sectional Title

Each unit has sectional title. A sectional title unit consists of a separate building on a piece of land that has been converted into a sectional title scheme. The buyers's ownership of the unit includes ownership of an undivided share in the common property.

Location

Choose where you want your dream to come alive from the units available. The plot sizes vary with a few under 400m² and a few over 1000m²; however, the average plot size is 550m².

Unit Design

Each unit has a specific building design, so the plot you choose also comes with a structure design. The modern designs have been done by an Australian architect whose career has focused on creating space and light through his designs. The designs come with working drawings along with a number of options which can differentiate houses while also maintaining the common theme of Isinga.
